Question of 2011 multiplier factor for poverty table for FTOTINC

On the “Definitions of Poverty in the IPUMS Samples” page on the IPUMS USA website, the factor table to bring FTOTINC to 1999 values may have an error for the 2011 factor.

The table states it as .551 but the CPI_99 factor is .741. Should these not be the same?

You are correct. That table has now been updated to display the appropriate CPI99 adjustment factor. Thank you for pointing this out.
