Due to a programming error, the inflation adjustment factors were applied incorrectly to dollar value variables in the multi-year ACS files. IPUMS-USA will be releasing corrected data in the near future; however, in the meantime users will need to divide the current dollar values in the multi-year files by the incorrect adjustment factor (see first column of table below). This will give you the original nominal dollar values. Then, you should multiply by the correct adjustment factor (see second column of table below) to get the correct constant dollar values.
