Linking children with household head

I am interested in finding out how many Men in St. Louis Missouri, who are head of household, have children. How do I identify persons 2-5 to see if they are a child of person 1 (The male head of household) using the ACS data?

You could simply check if the household head has any children using the NCHILD variable. So a male household head from St. Louis Missouri with children would be identified by RELATE==1, SEX==1, CITY==6090, NCHILD > 0.
