I am using a remote connexion to a workstation at my University. I successfully downloaded the ACS data from Ipums USA on this machine, but can not figure out how to login to Ipums-ACS. I keep meeting the following error "
The system encountered an error at Tue May 10 09:34:56 2016
Your client’s current address (xxx.xxx.xxx.6xx0) differs from the one used when you authenticated to your identity provider. To correct this problem, you may need to bypass a proxy server. Please contact your local support staff or help desk for assistance."
I checked with the people who set up this machine, and they do not seem to get what’s wrong. Do you know what’s obvious that we are missing?
