Then when I click on “get data” or “my data”, it just brings me to the registration page, even though I’m already logged in. I experience no such problem when accessing IPUMS …

You may have visited while IPUMS CPS was deploying the February 2020 basic monthly data and some historical immunization supplement variables. The site is up again.
