Computer and internet use microdata

I’m interested in obtaining mircodata from the CPS on computer and internet usage: http://www.census.gov/hhes/computer/

I didn’t see it in any of the IPUMS variables lists. Is it available? If not, do you have any suggestions on who I might want to contact elsewhere for it?

The Computer and Internet Use supplement is currently available through IPUMS-CPS for 1997,1998, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2007, 2009, and 2010. The variables available for these supplements can be found in the Person -> Computer Internet Supplement variables menu.
