When weighting ASCE 2020 person-level sample, should the variable ASECWTCVD replace the standard ASECWT weight or should they be combined (multiplying one by the other)?

The COVID-adjusted ASEC weights can be used as an alternative to ASECWT for the 2020 sample. They are not multiplied together. Please see the paper (Rothbaum and Bee, 2021) linked in the documentation for ASECWTCVD for details on the construction and validation of these weights.
