No. NHGIS data are aggregate data, which means we have no information on specific people. There are no names or addresses on anything we have. Genealogists, unfortunately, will have to look elsewhere for this type of data. Resources such as www.ancestry.com or www.familysearch.org may be useful websites to visit.
