Anyone recognize this population data set?

I’m working with a file of some population estimates for all 87 counties in Minnesota by race/ethnicity, sex, and 18 age groups. There is a “year” field where 2018 has a year value of 11, 2019 has a year value of 12. There are 80 columns with the first 26 being:
SUMLEV
STATE
COUNTY
STNAME
CTYNAME
YEAR
AGEGRP
TOT_POP
TOT_MALE
TOT_FEMALE
WA_MALE
WA_FEMALE
BA_MALE
BA_FEMALE
IA_MALE
IA_FEMALE
AA_MALE
AA_FEMALE
NA_MALE
NA_FEMALE
TOM_MALE
TOM_FEMALE
WAC_MALE
WAC_FEMALE
BAC_MALE
BAC_FEMALE

SUMLEV is 50 for all the records.
The AGEGRP field has a value of 0 for Total, 1 for 0-4, 2 for 5-9, etc.

I can figure out or guess at what all the columns mean, but I’m trying to identify the source.
I’m assuming it’s a trend file of population estimates by year developed by “someone” - Census Bureau? MN State Demographer?
Does this file sound or look familiar to anyone?

Dear Urban,

Yes, those are the US Census Bureau’s Population Estimates data, and I expect you’ll find the variable documentation here.

Thanks for the reply.
I had found the inter-decennial estimates and the link you provided.
That has only the countywide estimate, but not the breakdowns by age, sex, and race/ethnicity.

Were those estimates removed at some point?

I linked to the wrong set of estimates. The county estimates by characteristics are available.

Thank you SO MUCH. Now I can document my source.
