I’m trying to map changes in labor market participation using CPS data, and I’m trying to find out two things: (1) what’s the lowest geographic level of aggregation for CPS data (PUMA?) and (2) which weight to use. Thanks!
The lowest geography that’s available for all households is state. Some larger counties and metro areas can be identified as well. For labor force participation you’ll want to use WTFINL.
