Where can I find an excel file linking 2000 metareas with counties?

I found the link https://usa.ipums.org/usa/volii/count…, which gives the metarea county composition in the 2000 census. However, I cannot get it into a workable format. Is there an excel file containing the same informaiton (i.e. counties in 2000 metareas). County FIPS codes would be best but county names would also be okay.

I have attached the excel file that was used to generate the table you referenced. It was mostly used as a guide for creating the table, so it may take some work to get it into a more amenable state.
