# Please update on the status of 2001 Nepal Census. It has been more than a year since the last response (Feb,2014).

I would like to know whether there has been any update on the status of 2001 Nepal Census. The most recent response [here](https://forum.ipums.org/t/what-happened-with-nepal-census/434/1) mentioned that it would take time.

IPUMS-International intends to re-release the 2001 Nepal sample with corrected weight values as part of this summer’s [data release](https://forum.ipums.org/t/what-data-will-be-released-in-summer-2015-and-when-exactly/890/1).
