I am required to turn in a .csv file of the data I used for my term project in a college course. Is that okay?

It looks like you are using IPUMS MEPS data. Since (a) you are using the data for educational purposes and (b) MEPS is public use data, it is okay for you to turn in a .csv file for your project. Thanks for checking in with us before sharing the data.
