# how to get the rental vacancy rate and homeowner vacancy rate?

I would like to calculate the rental vacancy rate and homeowner vacancy rate separately. It seems that the varibale VACANCY would not provide information on whether the unit is for rent and for homeownership. How to get the vancancy data for the two group separately.
