I recently created an account on NHGIS using the email address [hywang@mail.bnu.edu.cn](mailto:hywang@mail.bnu.edu.cn). Regrettably, I have not received the confirmation email, which is hindering my ability to download data from the platform.

I apologize that you have been experiencing technical difficulties with our site. We experienced some system failures yesterday, which interfered with our email delivery system. I have been notified by our IT Team that the issue has been resolved. You should have now received the verification email. Please let me know if you still aren’t seeing it, and I will follow up with our IT team.
